• No refunds will be provided for “No Show” or last-minute cancellations.

Changes & Modifications

• JSM Travel and Tour reserves the right to modify itineraries, travel plans, or services due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, government restrictions, or operational issues.
• Additional costs arising due to such changes shall be borne by the customer.

Liability Disclaimer

• JSM Travel and Tour acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators, etc.).
• We are not responsible for delays, losses, damages, accidents, or additional expenses caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control.
• Customers are advised to purchase travel insurance for protection against unforeseen risks.
